These terms apply when you use tonga676.com, tonga676.com.au and tonga676.co.nz (together, “Tonga676”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Tonga676 permission to show it on the site so the community can see it. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share. You must follow the community guidelines and marketplace rules.

3. Moderation

We may remove content, limit or suspend accounts, and keep records of moderation decisions to keep the community safe.

4. Premium membership

Premium costs A$10 per month, charged in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time on the Premium page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a payment fails, Premium ends when the paid period does. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.

5. Marketplace

Tonga676 isn’t a party to any sale between members and doesn’t handle payments. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own agreements.

6. Translations

Automatic translations are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. The original message is what the author wrote.

7. Liability
